Orders for United Kingdom

Orders are shipped daily from our warehouse in London. Most orders are shipped with Royal Mail (https://www.royalmail.com/) and orders placed before 12:00 are guaranteed to be offered to one of our carriers the same day. If the products are in stock, you can assume that the order will be delivered the next day. No packages are delivered except on Sundays. If for whatever reason we are unable to meet the delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Orders heavier than 20 kg.

Larger orders that weigh more than 20 kg in total will either be shipped with external transport or your order will be shipped in multiple packages. It depends on the size of your order how it is shipped. If we ship your order in multiple packages, you will receive multiple e-mails from us with a track and trace code for each package.

Pallet freight

For orders heavier than 150 kg. we ship your order via pallet freight. It may therefore take a little longer. This has to do with both the packaging and the transport. We generally ship pallets with Transmission. After shipping, you will receive an e-mail from Transmission with the track & trace data.
